My understanding framework relies heavily on experiencing. Spiritual literature including Mooji is insightful and helps develop the framework for understanding. But at my level, I soon find the reading to be too abstract and unconnected with what is, in my here and now experienced reality. Understanding comes from first hand experience and, the need to know builds from that.
