Me - Acknowledging and accepting that its just this makes heredity, genetics and evolution the authors of the script of life. They determine the activities for material survival and attempts to upgrade what is. Its the motivation of your genes that outlines your capacity to learn and adapt to circumstance and opportunity and keep trying to make what you think should be, what is.
When that comes to naught the seeking starts. Knowing that its just this gives you some heart but also a realisation that it matters where you were born.

Why do we seek?....Because we are unhappy.
Is there any object or entity that shall provide everlasting happiness?....No
Moral of the story.....stop seeking for the non-existing. Enjoy what is available here and now.
This is the gist of what I have understood after so much seeking.....Tell me if I'm wrong.
Me - No you're not but it sure helps if one has a conception of what happiness is and means. I suppose transitory feel good is the closest to enjoyment and maybe its just this.
